Why are Monday's always blah?
Do you find yourself dreading your Monday's? I typically always dread starting my work/ school week. One things for sure I am grateful to be here and not six feet under.

So what are you doing to empower yourself?
Empowering oneself is the best thing that we could ever do. It doesn't matter if you reading self help books, attending church, learning a new skill/ hobby or just plain self discovery!
Try to read at least one self help book a month, setting goals and obtaining them will help!

Is it right?
Is is right?
On facebook one of my friends posted that her 2 year old son got in the car and said "Dayum it's hot." We all posted lol that it was funny because it really was hot yesterday 99 degrees to be exact. My daughter has also opted to use non kid friendly words. I chuckle to myself but I tell her-those are not good words to use. That only eggs her on.
Where did you learn those words anyway? Ding, Ding, Ding...she learned those words from her wonderful parents. Is it right to say those words that are not kid friendly? Well of course not. But sometimes when overwhelmed by emotions they slip, and of course our little replica's giggle and repeat those same words. Not only do they repeat our words they use the correct context which is really funny. I only hope we are not in the middle of church or on a visit with grandma, when those correctly contexted words just happen to slip out.

How grateful are you to be ungrateful?
Huh? Seems confusing doesn't it? But not really.
On April 8, 2010 I had a bad car accident. I was driving on a winding road and lost control. The whole time i knew what was going to happen next. Right before the car flipped, I thought "my car is about to flip." After the accident several spectators rushed to my rescue. My true guardian angels, I was truly GRATEFUL. For a matter of fact I praised GOD (in the damp grass) for saving me and for only minimal damages to my physical body.
My family was there by my side through the whole ordeal. While I was so GRATEFUL for them to be there for me- I was UNGRATEFUL for the grief and sadness that it brought upon their hearts. I was UNGRATEFUL for the weeks my 2 year old daughter Jailah would not let her mother hold/ touch her. I was very GRATEFUL that in due time her mother was well enough to embrace her.
During my trials I learned that it is ok to be UNGRATEFUL sometimes as long as you are GRATEFUL for all those UNGRATEFUL things. Tell me...How grateful are you to be ungrateful?

We are so foolish with our money..why?

Welcome
Welcome to my blog!
This should be very interesting considering that I have never blogged. However, I do enjoy reading and I used to do a lot of writing.
Where do I start? How about starting on how I came up with the name of my blog.
Butterflies are so beautiful- If you think about where they came from..an ugly catepillar that metamorphis' into a beautiful butterfly. Sometimes we go through bad things and we may even be ugly but with Gods love and grace we can metamorphis into beautiful butterflies. So this is butterflies world, I will talk about how I am metamorphising into a beautiful butterfly. Thanks for visiting and I hope you enjoy.
